This little fella is in need of some lovin’. He is indiscriminate… he’ll smooch with anyone. Would’nt you like to live with such unconditional love? You can, you know. You can tuck him into any spot in your home or office to lighten the mood. And he’s covered in a tough acrylic varnish, so if you want to sloppy kiss him back, he can be wiped down with a damp cloth.

So who does she remind you of?  Your grandma?  Your English teacher? Your nosy neighbor? Yourself? Depending on where you hang her, she could make sure you floss, or stay out of the cookies. Place her where ever you need a bit of scrutiny to stay on your best behavior.

Here's the scale of her.... small.

back of painting... note special wire hanging thingy

Lily in a Jar

Title: Lily in a Jar
Medium: watercolor (with pencil lines)
Size: 12x12 unframed
Price: $180 (free shipping in US)

This Stargazer came from a bouquet that my husband had waiting for me when I got back down to the condo. Wasn't that sweet? We don't have much in the way of vases here... but we like jam... and jam jars make great vases. Painted from life right here at the table. :)

Blue Hair Day

Title: Blue Hair Day
Medium: Collage and acrylic
Size: 4x4 canvas panel with a nifty wire hanger thingy
Price: $32 ($3 shipping)

So this little lady seems to be quite sad. I don’t know what it is… she won’t tell me. I explained that maybe she’s playing the sympathy card a bit too strongly, but she doesn’t seem to be listening. Is she pulling on your heart strings enough for you to give her a kind and loving home?  We both hope so.

Blue Hair Day is made with collage, and acrylic paint, then varnished to a glossy shine for protection.
